New Personal Best at Deadlifting !!

    I was deadlifting yesterday and I hit a new personel best. :D:D I've been doing weight on and off for about 8 years. I'm not bodybuilder material, I just like to stay in shape and I have a good shape to my body.

    I went back training after a 2 year "rest" in January. I started deadlifting 60kgs when I started back training.

    Here's what I did yesterday:

    Set # 1: 10 reps x 60kgs (Warm Up)
    Set # 2: 5 reps x 100kgs
    Set # 3: 5 reps x 110kgs
    Set # 4: 5 reps x 120kgs
    Set # 5: 3 reps x 120kgs.

    I used the split grip with lifting straps. I could only manage the 3 reps on the last set though... But still, I'm happy! :D
