Hi, We have a Double Room in a 4 bed house available to let asap. €450 p/m. The house is situated in Blackrock. Hi,

We have a Double Room in a 4 bed house available to let asap. €450 p/m.

The house is situated in Blackrock. About 10 min walk to all the major buses that serve town (4a, 7, 45, 46A), and 15 mins walk to the Dart.

The house is a little old, hence the rent isn't too taxing (for the area).

Beside a 24hr Garage, stores, off licence, dry cleaners etc. If anyone would like any more info, message me.
