I wandered if anyone knew of any sand dunes around the county's coastal area at all?? :D

There some out at Bishop's quarter near Ballyvaughan

There are some down at Fenor beach, just past Blackhead.

its a pity bishops quarter and fanore are in County Clare..

there are loads up past roundstone gurteen, dogs bay and around ballyconneely, and further up the coast at renvyll, lettergesh and glassilaun

they are the only ones in County Galway that i know of
