    Hi all,

I want to ship the full whammy fry ingredients overseas to central asia. Can anyone recommend the best way to pack it for optimum freshness. Vaccum pack? Double vaccum pack?

Any ideas how long it would keep for?

    Cheers.

vaccum pack and place in dry ice, but it will cost a fair bit due to the weight.

You can get hampers etc delivered by a good few companies. Prob your best bet as who knows what condition yours will arrive in!

Well stuff like rashers might be vacuum sealed already and could last a long time just refrigerated. So you could buy a pack and freeze in a decent freezer for several days, then wrap it in something to insulate it. If you sent airmail it would probably just be defrosted by the time it made it.

Pudding is already cooked and would make it no problem, probably no need to even freeze it.
