worms in fish

i heard a few people saying reciently that it is very common to find live worms in fresh fish, think it might have been in a documentary reciently a quick google turns up nothing, so is it a myth

Live worms (or anything live) into a dead fish are not good at all.
As far as I know the most worm-prone fish is the swordfish.
