The attack chopper also spawns on the roof of a police building on the North-West part of the 2nd Island.

You gotta go through some doors and up some stairs to get to it though.

can you modify the cars in gta4 like y ou could in san andreas like add nitrous and all that craic???

nope theres pretty much no modifying of anything in GTA at all

Here's a little tip for those of you who have got this far.

When picking who to kill between Derrick and Francis, pick Francis. He might be a complete c**t, but after the mission he will get rid of a wanted level all the way up to 3 stars! Altough I have discovered that he sometimes wont do it if it's part of a mission
