Does anywhere know somewhere that would do this?

I have a Haro ( http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=00+haro&search_type= ) - and it came to me without the ears being able to flap. I tried opening up to see the problem but I couldn't get to it, and now I can't put it back together properly.

I really need it repaired. It would be a very simple operation, there are no tightly packed electronics. I just need it to get back to the way it was before I tried to fix it, and with the ears flapping.
