Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi, exams soon and puzzled.

Regarding Irish law on commorientes, could someone please point me to a source that has a decent account of what commorientes entails, read pearce and mee's book, nothing there. I just want a good, clear source to wind up my unanswered questions on the topic! Thanks in advance

Commorientes arises when joint tenants all die in circumstances in which it is impossible to ascertain which of them died first. Section 5 of the Succession Act needs to be looked at. I always find Coughlan of use.
