Car rental - full licence for <1yr

    Hey folks,
    I'm off to Amerikay at the end of May and was hoping to rent a car for a weekend to drive round Cape Cod, but I only have the full licence since February.
    Simply put, is this something that they're strict on, or lax? Have I any chance of getting a car, even if I have to pay extra? And do ye know of any rental places that will do it? I'm 24.
