Changed battery in 01 mondeo, radio is locked its at attempt 11 now, code generator is giving me code 4813 for M092523, Radio says no:mad:

I don't wanna go buying new radio as trying to find to fit in the slot will be hard

That's the correct code - leave the radio on until it starts flashing to request the code and then you should be able to put it in. That should work as long as you have the right serial.

you can try hold down 1 and 6 and see does the serial no. come up that way

not sure though i wouldnt imagine so, if 1 and 6 doesnt work your going to need to slide the radio out

nah nothing happened, I tried getting out last night but no piece to get it out tried coat hanger trick no good, looks like new radio is needed but hard to find same type
