Just wondering if these cars need VRT paid or if its included, as there is no reg plates displayed??

Why don't you ask the seller?

Isn't the VRT supposed to be paid before a car leaves a forecourt/driveway here? I know that garages can't sell a car on a foreign plate, so I'd assume the same for a private sale. (Technically the car would be on the road illegally)

VRT will be paid in the sale price.

looks like the jap car place on the swords road.

Knowing 'Jap Cars Dublin', the VRT is probably not including in the final price.
