I really dont see the point in rushing to 100% completion and missing all the cool small things around and side quests [but each to their own!]

Just completed that mission earlier today Cover + body armour + AK47 = success. There's also a health pack under the scaffolding somewhere.

I'm about 35% in with an addiction level of "that's some good sh1t!" Don't have the xbox turned on to get the exact numbers at the moment.
