    Ok so basically putting this up to keep me track. Going to post up weight every tues. So if anyone wants to join feel free!

    Weight:10st 3lb
    Height: 5'3

    Out of curiousity are you on any sort of fitness programme or diet?

    At the moment, I cycle 30 mins to and from work and now going for a an hour walk after work about 3 days. I obviously have to do more excercise.I am eating healthier! I think!!

    I don't know how that is possible! Anyway I guess it is all water weight. I am just happy it has gone down.

    Make sure to weigh yourself on the same day and time and same clothes every week. e.g. Sunday morning in just underwear. Even then you will still find it fluctuates slightly.

    You need to do some weights to change shape, ignore the scales :D:D

    It's easier said than done to ignore the scales :D.

    Trust me ignore them, have you a digital camera??

    Can you see where I am going with this??

    Weights I am not so good at but I would recommend www.crossfit.ie

    Please ignore scales, I weigh more now than when I started and I have had suits taken in for work, new jeans had to be bought etc etc, and I weigh more and my goal was to lean out
