    IBB simply resell Eircom broadband so it will be the same service and they're not even that much cheaper.

    Currently using IBB DSL here at the moment, its perfect have lil or no problem and Ive had no issues for last 6 months at all. No throttling although I dont torrent much, I mainly use mine for home to office VPN

    Your question is so horribly vague. Your going to get full speed from most dsl providers unless there is a problem.

    i never had dsl broadband before thats why im asking this question
    i have ordered dsl from them switching from ripwave
