Am I getting screwed?

    I've been with UTV the past three years - service is good, but lately I feel like I'm being screwed.

    I'm paying €20.99 + €29.49 + €6.99 every month - which equates to

    2MB broadband + line rental + Talk anytime package

    This is €68 a month.

    Am I being screwed? Can anyone recommend me a new ISP?
    I'm living in Dublin 6 and I don't have Smart access.
    I was thinking of going to BT, but Perlico's bundle seems the best out there. Any opinions or reviews of Perlico's service?
