Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Comprehensive Irish QLTT materials available

    Comprehensive set of QLTT materials available in Dublin.

    I have completed all the QLTT exams in the Law Society and have a pretty comprehensive set of notes,solutions,texts,past papers and legislation on all topics which I am willing to sell to others sitting the exam.

    My notes include the following -

    - A comprehensive summary on each of the relevant topics in Criminal,Land,Tort,Contract,EU Law,Constitutional and Probate and Tax.

    - solutions done out to the recurrant questions in several of the exams.

    - complete package for the solicitors accounts exam (which was very troublesome to assemble) which includes solutions to each of the questions,which are the same each year.

    - the Guide to professional ethics which I used to pass the conduct oral exam.

    - The relevant legislation on Tax together with the Revenues guides as well as the Succession Act 1965 and Mongeys “Probate in a nutshell”.

    - A complete set of past papers


    The cost is €300
    I will sell them separately if someone should so wish.

    This is not an official Law Society compilation but my own,however I passed all 6 exams I sat without difficulty using these materials in November and am very confident I passed my remaining two (Probate/Tax and Solicitors Accounts) which I sat last month.
    I received my Cert of Eligibility following qualifying in New York in 2007.

    Hi,

    I have the materials from BPP and have taken their assured pack. Which gives all the material necessary for passing the exam. I have passed the Common Law exam with an A grade. I am attempting the rest of the three papers this September. In September I'll be willing to sell all these materials for a reasonable price.

    I can also provide some tips on taking the exam.
