php or css question

hi,

on my website www.aocguild.eu (wich is not fully finished yet).
Based on e107 php system, running an altered theme.

At top just below the picture is a green bar across (above menu buttons), anyone knows how to change
the colour of it?
I looked into the css file, all about button definition etc but the colour
is nowhere to be found to change it.
I hardly think its in php file. I can upload or post it here if that helps.

It seems to be in the background image for the page. It's a small vertical strip, repeated across the page, which incorporates the green bar as well.

Edit; background image for that part of the page, rather.
