gearbox gone on my Toyota Rav 4 :(

I was driving along foster's avenue today when suddenly out of nothing, the car refuses to change gear. I had to pull in to the side of the road and it looks like either the clutch is fcuked or it's the gearbox Will this be expensive to replace? I'm strapped for cash at the moment and I'm not sure I could afford this

I dont know what age or even a lot about these but have you looked at the linkage? is it under waranty?

its outside warranty

it's an 01 car bought second hand.

Huge milage on it- 139000 miles
