    Does it matter, xbox 360 or Wii. also which version should a beginner start with.

    360,because the wii version doesnt have dlc.

    I'd say the 360 because you can always get GHII afterwards, whereas with the Wii you're just limited to GHIII.

    That said, the Wii version of GHIII seems to be the only one with a reliable guitar controller. ;)

    You should gh2 first because the Xplorer kicks ass.

    I played it first on Wii and I have to say, using a mate's PS2 guitar was so frustrating. It just seems so unresponsive. Plus, when you hit a bad note on the Wii, the sound comes through the remote; just less annoying than hearing the "chinggghh" on the tv.
