P2P and torrent very slow on IBB DSL

Hi, what i mean is that it won't go up 3k, i am using it to share videos with my family and it doesn't work as it should, every port is open and i got high id in emule, but the speed is till slow while i know they are giving me 28k for sure. Any advice on specific orts to use or is irishbroadband blocking everything? I know it's not on their end, as if i connect staight forward to the modem it works, while with the wireless router i have problems.
