American games deffo wont work in an irish xbox console. Looks like you'll have to find it here ...

That's not strictly true for all games, but an American copy of GTA IV won't work unfortunately...
Google for a list of region free 360 games if you want to know which ones will actually work. (then order them from the fab videogamesplus.ca)
