    What do red and white barrier boards signify when they are alone as page 187 ROTR and underneath a traffic calming sign as in page 189 ROTR

    I'm baffled by this sign. I'm a driving instructor and yet to come across this red and white sign anywhere on the road. I'm getting the Roadcraft book soon which is the Bible for driving instuctors. If I find out in there I'll post you a reply. I'll learn something too:);)

    Is this Roadcraft book available to the public?

    I got a copy in Easons, O Connell St in Dublin several years ago. Its written/published by UK police force drivers iirc
