    Most of the old folks council houses are fitted with a siren that sounds a bit like that. Think thats what you are hearing.

    Guys, "Dublin County North" does not mean anywhere north of the Liffey. If your post relates to the northside of the city, please use the city forum.

    I'm going to lock this instead of moving since there's already a thread there.
