crashing still (more so after the patch)

Hey guys, my 40gb console still crashes. It used to get the usual crashing when trying to access the online thing but when this is disabled it was fine aqnd I could play all day offline. Now after the patch,. I can get online but only for maybe 2 minutes and no matter if its online or offline it crashes for about 30…

Now after the patch,. I can get online but only for maybe 2 minutes and no matter if its online or offline it crashes for about 30 seconds then recovers for 2 minutes, crashes for 30 seconds and so on.

Anyone any suggestions?
