Hey,

Two double rooms (one large and one smaller), in a very large house available to rent.

Large double: €400
Smaller double: €350

House is located in Claremont, which is a gorgeous quiet estate off the Finglas road. It's 20/30 minutes walking to town. Buses servicing just outside the estate are all the 40s and the 140 and takes 15/20 mins to get to town (10mins on a sunday). Bout 20/25 minute walk to Drumcondra train station.

The house itself is big and old, but its clean and comfortable. There is a huge sitting room, a large dining room, a kitchen and a huge laundry room/bike room (most of us cycle to work/college).

We have NTL digital, broadband, heating and electricity (what more do you want..?).

Currently living here is a couple who share a room. And a nerd in one of the other doubles. We're all techy people and we're looking for like minded folk. Tards need not apply!
