Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ok one of the lads im friendly with was out in a well known party town in south leinster.

On the night in question he had consumed a lot of alcohol and was refused admission to the nightclub. He tried to gain entry through a back door but instead of gaining entry to the nightclub he gained entry to a private dwelling.

He caused a small amount of damage €150 circa.

He attempted to run away from the gardai when they came.

He addmitted guilty to the charge after been advised to.

(it was never his intention to burgle a house he was down to this city on a bus with a group of lads and was highly intoxicated)

What are the likely consequences of this case?
