Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Yo, im planning on going straight to the nearest and cheapest shop right after the leaving to buy an
    1. Xbox360
    2. Xbox Live
    3. Wireless connector thingy,
    4. GTA
    5. Euro 2008
    6. Halo or COD
    Ive about 300euro plus about 70 euro vouchers for virgin!
    Is it possible?

    get the xbox live from ebay, i got 13 months for €30
    play-asia.com is the cheapest place for the wireless dongle €55
    go to adverts.ie for a good deal on an xbox

    doubtful, if your on such a tight budget, ive mentioned in a separate thread that you can buy an arcade pack with gta new for 220 but seeing as you want to go on xbox live, it would end up costing more eventually, 20gig HD are about 40-50 euro on Ebay.

    best thing i could see happening is try and get those three games in the 299 xtra-vision deal instead of the 4 select games, a bit of sweet talking might go a long way. Do you know anyone working in a shop that sells 360s, maybe you could use their store discount if they have one? your going to have to sacrafice/delay something i think.

    ye well i could defo sacrifice the wireless usb thingy and i suppose gta or something and just save for it..

    You dont need the hard drive to play online but you will not be able to put the extra content for gta on the memory card when it comes out in august

    Anyway.......

    According to the other thread you can get an xbox 360 ARCADE with GTA in gamestop for E220
    Xbox live (ebay) E30
    Halo 3 (Gamesnash.ie) E20-E60 COD4(is much better imo)
    Wireless(playasia.com) E55
    Euro 2008 E60 (id wait until fifa 09 or PES 2009)

    So your looking at 380+ depending on where you get your games

    Its probebly not accurate though,most of these prices just from looking around boards

    U'll probebly find cheaper online for the games

    The Arcade system only comes with RGB cables, you won't be able to get more than 480p (sub hd) with whats included.

    Not an issue if you're using a regular old SDTV.

    Does the play Asia Wireless thing definitely work? I was going to order one but assumed it was an asian model. Has anybody here got one?
