Can a Bank Draft be Cancelled?

    I got a bank draft in First Active which I then had to send off in the post. It seems like the letter has gone missing in the post, does anyone know can I cancel it, or have I lost the money?

    The issuing bank can cancel and reissue it, they will need to check it hasn't been cashed though obviously. Go to FA with your receipt/details of the draft and they'll sort you out.

    do a search of this forum, it was only cover a few weeks ago.

    You can only cancel it if its lost or stolen. You'll have to sign a form and you can either get your money back or a replacement draft.
