Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Its actualy super easy, which is pretty shocking considering, all you have to do is to print out the label and put it on the box you packed your 360 into. Give UPS a buzz and they`ll pick it up, microsoft figure out your details from the ups label or xbox serial and what you told them over the phone, or from the info you gave for your xbox id.

all u do is print labels, stick them on the box, call UPS, they will come out same day to pick up package.then sit back and wait. usually 2 weeks. i got BOTH of mine back after 10 days. also keep shipping number. u can track the progress of your package on UPS website.

Its a very quick service. I got mine back in about two weeks...

Of course it did break down the next day. Yesterday in fact. Just after I bought GTA4 but just before I realised that God (Bill Gates?) hates me.

You're supposed to write your service support ID and return address on the box as well but I think they can get those details from the 360 serial number anyway.

Mine broke down on the 29th, it was picked up on the 1st and I got it back this morning. Haven't tested it yet though.

Phone them, don't email them. Their email isn't worth a curse.
