Sorry I can't return the love Neil, but I had to restrict numbers. You made the shortlist, but were beaten to it by relative newcomer eZe^, in part because as a Barca fan, he has been so pessimistic lately, and I love a bit of the old pessimism in a football fan.

Of course pessimism isn’t the only criteria in earning my admiration, otherwise jackdaw would be getting envelopes containing my perfumed excrement in the post right now.

Its ok Pepe I didnt take it personally, since u are my shortlist though Im glad i made yours!!

In all seriousness, I look out for the controversial types such as Mr. Alan, DesF, estebancambias etc. MrJoeSoap as well cause he's my mate.

Oh and PSI cause I'd most of her posts are to either issue a warning or ban someone. The juicy shizzle!

Hahahah, Im honoured to even be mentioned, even if it is for a being a pessimistic wretch!! I haven't even been here a whole season though! =P I honestly have no jibes with anyone, its a pretty relaxing place once you get passed the proverbial 'my teams cock is bigger than yours'....:p Seriously though, I don't get how somebody here could genuinely have animosity towards another member, I'd love to see how that played out if ye met in real life..


Ill wait until Im more accustomed to the forum before mentioning people whos posts I generally enjoy. It seems most regular posters here have always got one or two interesting things to say, even if we all end up repeating each other hundreds of times a month!!

Main posters I'd look out for would be:
PHB for United stuff.
Mr Alan for Liverpool stuff and the 'other perspective' in the United thread.
RedSpider for views on Liverpool - match reports, player performances etc
Eirebear for Scottish football views - not a fan of rangers myself, but Eirabear can talk about teams without letting bias get in the way imo and he writes well.
Xavi, even though he is a dirty dirty City supporter, seems sound enough as long as the derby ain't on!
DesF for general football comment, especially when the Eircom League, the FAI or the national team are being discussed.

A load of other posters I like reading such as Pepe, PSI, Archimedes, Kryogen, eZe^ and Pighead. More too but i have to work..
