Drylining depth question

I am getting a new kitchen fitted but will also dry line the wall before fitting the kitchen. I need to consider the depth of the drylining when planning the depth of the kitchen cabinets on either side of the kitchen.

My question is, from the current concrete block wall, what minimum depth will the dry-lining be to the new outside of the wall when the dry-lining is done ? I want the dry-lining to take up the minimum space but also achieve its goal of insulating the wall.

Any advice on how this should be done, and what depth it should be ideally so I can instruct my builder ?

    Many thanks
