Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

shirt to wear under a navy jacket

I have a do this weekend and I am looking for a shirt to wear under a navy suit jacket. I am looking to stay away from the standard blues and lilacs – looking for something vibrant and fresh. Not too bothered about a tie so that’s one less thing to consider.

Also any places around Galway would be a big help.

You cant beat a pale blue shirt under a navy jacket, or a white & blue striped shirt, or even navy & white stripes.
But if you must stay away from blue, would you go for baby pink?
if it's a colour that you can pull off, it'll look well under the jacket.
With regards to where to buy it, it depends on how much your willing to spend; for an expensive shirt, try Brown Thomas, medium price try Marks & Spencers (if galway has one?), for a cheaper price, try Dunnes.
    Gook luck with it!

Colour of your slacks would be important too?

would a green go well - like a very light (lime) green, pin stripes perhaps?

Good god no, stay away from lime green.

A beige colour would be fine.
