Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    hi guys got a loan of my friends gta4 and it only goes as far as the rockstar screen where it shows the characters in the game,then after 2 mins or so it says this disc is unreadable take it out and clean it.

    now all my other games work flawlessly,i have heard reports that theres a flaw in the gta4 discs,have,nt a load of these gta4 discs been returned?.

    and before the ring of death is mentioned i had mine done about 6 months ago,but i don,t think this is the problem as i already stated it plays all other games fine.

    Its probably just a bug in the game on some of the discs.. As far as I know I haven't played gta in the last coulple of days but there isn't a patch for it yet so.. Will just have to wait and see..

    judging by the massive 40 page thread on the xbox forum it's a bug (theres also probs with the ps3 version too)

    Funnily enough my copy was fine until I completed the game and now it's locking up after 3 minutes of turning the game on :(:(:(

    patch better be soon and DAMN SOON as this is ridiculous paying cash for a game you cant play (and it aint my disc or xbox either as other games work fine)
