Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Don't bother, I did and they have no plans to repeat it. Only TV3 eh?

    Mike.

Went ahead and mailed TV3 and if more do so they might repeat.

    Dear JD,

At this time we have no scheduled date for a repeat of ‘Bring Back Radio Nova’.
If the decision is taken to repeat this documentary it will be advertised closer to the time.

    Regards,

    TV3 didn't make the program.

I wonder if Harvey tried to sell it to RTE first.

Hardly, it was commissioned for Tv3. I'd imagine Jingles Johnson was the key man that help sell it.

This from George Long on Chris Cary message board

Regarding the making of "Bring Back Radio Nova", David told me the following, and I quote:

Incidentally, the programme was not commissioned – It was made at my post-production facility with a favour from one of our contracted cameramen, archive supplied by people like Miles Johnston, Mike Hogan, Robbie Robinson and some Caroline people who offered their photos. Ian Dempsey agreed to voice it and Locky Butler did the sound mix.

    Nuff said!
