    two gravol (anti-motion sickness tablet not available in Ireland, my mother sends them to me in bulk from Canada) a couple of Ibuprofen, a pint of water and back to bed (the gravol also makes you sleepy)


    Works like a charm.

    Oh God,lets not mention last night,I can remember it was good but thats about it.
    Have to go and do it all again tonight.Hitting the belfry and 5(ish),and no I'm not an alcoholic.
