Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    No.

For all the reasons stated in the above sticky - go see a solicitor.

Askaboutmoney.com have a sub-forum called askaboutlaw. Specifically geared for real problems not hypothetical discussions about the law. Usual terms and conditions apply.

You won't get legal advice on boards.ie. You might find appropriate practical suggestions and pointers on a variety of boards.

Road Traffic: Motors or Transport & Commuting
    Property issue: Accommodation & Property
    Broken Heart: Personal Issues
    Employment: Work & jobs
    E-bay scam: Consumer Issues
    How to defame someone: Thunderdome

    And so on.

I often think that AAM could end up on the wrong end of a lawsuit due to the legal advice issued on that forum. Do they even realise that?

OP if you need legal advice, you go to a solicitor. If you are sick, you go to a doctor.

The "Legal Issues" forum on Motley Fool http://boards.fool.co.uk/Messages.asp?bid=51110 is pretty good, and doesn't suffer from the self-serving sarcastic nonsense here.

Then why don't you pop off to MF and ask your questions.

    Self-serving?
    Sarcastic?
    Nonsense?

You're no stranger to acting the muppet around here Haz. If you want a ban, fine - continue.
