Indicator location

I got some hard cases there on ebay for the bike but they won't fit unless i move my indicators. Is there any rules abt the location of indicators? Any pics I look up of american shadows/cruisers have them mounted in and around the reg plate?

you can have them anywhere once there visible or remove them totally as long as all the switch gear is removed as well
