    Right, I've been keeping a journal on tt for a while now but thought I might mirror it on boards, for feedback or whatever. I'll post more details about me in a little bit, just first of all the last couple of workouts I've done...

    Chest

    Bench Press

    Thoughts:

    Well on target at the moment for 115/120 on the bench. Going up in weight consistently on the 5x5 and without too much struggle. Chest also growing a fair bit as a result!

    Arms

    EZ Bar Curls (Strict, EZ Bar standard type not included)

    Smith Machine Close grip press drop set (kg not inc bar)

    Thoughts:
    Arms coming along now, starting to up the volume a bit and I think its showing

    Anyway, yeah, thats it at the moment, weighing about 79-80kg and just a touch over 6 foot one tall. Bodyfat guesstimate around 15%. Maybe 14%. I have calipers so I must check it properly soon.
