    I am in Cork and I'm interested in learning the art of woodcraft from scratch. First as a hobby and then hopefully become proficient enough to create my own quality furniture etc. Does anyone know of somewhere I can start out and learn the basics in a night course around the Cork area. Thanks

    If you contact your local FAS office they should be able to advise you on any training courses in your area.
    You could also try your local VEC office , and look at FETAC courses online.
