Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    The guy who used to take care of it has left the company and left no documentation so trying to figure it out as I go along. It's basically throwing out loads of error messages - 'All spare media for scratch pool [Default Scratch] are outside the Library [server].' I've added in some new disks but how the crap do I assign them to the Scratch Pool to make the error go away?

    I left that company for a reason :D

    IIRC you have to format the tapes and register them into the media pool used by the backups, the default in your case it seems.

    It's been 2 years since i've seen commvaults UI, so I'm sorry I cant be of more help.
