Changing EBB Name

I'm a student living in a rented flat in Dublin. I'm moving out of the flat next week but my flatmates are staying on. The only problem is that the electricity bill is in my name.:( I was wondering how I would go about changing it into one of their names. Do I go into the bank where my account is or ring up ESB or similar.…

I can't seem to find any information on this anywhere and when I rang ESB they put me on hold for ages.

Did you try their website ?

Cunningly hidden under the "Home Account Tab" they have a link for "When you're moving" (It's link no 3 on the left so it tooisn't exactly hidden..). Follow it through and you get to:
