    Ok my 8 week challenge is starting today , will post weight and measurements this evening.

    Main Goals are : Lose Weight , Bodyfat , Fitness , Lose Inches :)


    Starting Stats 23RD MAY 2008


    Chest : 50 Inch
    Bicep ( R ) 17 Inch
    Bicep ( L ) 17 Inch
    Waist : 53.5 Inch ( around belly button not waist )
    Thigh ( L ) 28.5 Inch
    Thigh ( R ) 28 Inch
    Calf : 19 nch
    Body Weight : 21 stone 8 lbs
    Height : 6"2

    ok today my diet was

    2 x weetabix and skimmed milk

    lunch : 2 wholemeal ham sandwiches

    afternoon apple

    gym at 5pm

    benchpress 50kg 3 x 9 reps

    incline 30kg 2 x 9

    standing glutes 2 x 15

    thats it for some reason i hadnt the motivation or energy

    then 2 big als chicken pieces , 100g pasta , stir in sauce
