    Hey
Some nice scummers pulled the top half of my door off to break into it.
    Nice of them.
The door closes but there's a one inch gap all the way around.
    Its a Peugeot 206.
Any ideas what it'll cost me?
    Cheers
    M

    About half the normal cost.

Have a look in a breakers yard, you might be luckier there.

Make sure to shop around before going with a fix.

Panel beater may be able to bend it back to shape if it's just bent.

It might be weakened if it is just bent back into shape?

If its anything like some of the older fiestas it will just bend back to proper position. It will be weakened and possibly have the paint cracked. Maybe this is not possible on your car though but have a quick go.

Not if you sprayed it first with a can of Antibend.

This happened to my old car, I just put my knee up against the inside of the door and pulled it back into shape. Its a handy feature of cheap cars if you lock your keys inside! =D

If you are going to try and bend it back yourself, put the window down if you can. You may break the window trying to bend the door back into shape if the window is still up
