BT 8mb in limerick , dooradoyle exchange

    have 3mb bt dsl at the moment - still no sign of the promised 8mb upgrade - has anyone actually got it yet? im in dooradoyle, was told would have it soon blah blah blah....:confused:

    are you talking about an LLU upgrade or the general eircom upgrade?

    for the latter its promised by June

    Yes BT's LLU product, was aware of the eircom one alright...

    I think if you ring them, they can transfer you over to the LLU product.

    Im on the dooradoyle exchange for the past 4 years, always on the highest package, I was moved over to the 8mb in March, without request. you should ring them

    just off the phone - now the are saying my 8mb order never went thru, and that 3mb to 8mb upgrades didnt happen automatically! grrrrrr. the girl said it would take 14 working days....
