    Is it just a rumour or has the Barbican in Castleknock closed down/ been taken over by a new owner?

    Yup, it has!!

    Lots of rumours flying around about who took it over but I'll keep my mouth shut till it's confirmed!!

    Had gone downhill seriously imho since it opened first anyway, hopefully new owners will put a bit of life back into it.

    was pretty good at the start alright. nice place even for a few quiet ones too during the week.

    serious lack of decent pubs/bars in the D15 area
