Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Heuston to Dublin Airport

With the trains severly affected, my father is currently in Mallow hoping to get the 10:50 to Dublin arriving in at 13:20. He needs to be in the airport for about 2:30. Now he is fairly stressed at the moment, on the platform in Mallow, hoping that the train will run. I believe it will. But to help matters, I'm going to pick him up in Heuston and drive him to the station. Basically I don't want him stressed about taxis or buses etc.

So can someone recommend a route for me. I was thinking I've going up to the North Circular road, around through Phibsboro to Drumcondra and out the N1. Is this a good idea. How long should it take me, hopefully leaving Heuston at 13:30.

Either that or go via Phibsboro, Glasnevin, Ballymun and the airport perimeter road - should take about 35-40 minutes max.
