    Hi,

    I'm looking at buying a house in Castlelyons, anyone living there? I have a few questions you might be able to help me with.

    Can anyone tell me who the management agents are?
    Is there a residents association?
    Is there a problem with parking give that there's only one assigned space per house?
    How long did snagging take?
    What has the developer been like at coming back to issues post snagging (i.e. roof leaks etc)?
    And lastly, is the local primary school over subscribed?

    I have looked over on neighbours.ie but it's like a ghost town, any info is much appreciated
