You are standing outside St Ferreol's Hospital, a tall concrete building surrounded by a large paved plaza. The building has been extremely heavily barricaded - you can see no way to enter.

Lights are on inside.

Somebody has spraypainted Billy's Kennel onto a wall.

There are fifteen dead bodies here. You recognise Billy Forks, Darkness Entices and LittIe Daddy amongst them.
You attack LittIe Daddy for 3 damage. They take a Headshot and die.
