Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Yes. The main toll plaza is located between J8 and J9, but J9 has a secondary toll plaza on its westbound on-ramp and eastbound off-ramp to catch those who might use it to avoid the toll.

Put simple, there is no way to travel between J8 and J12 on the M4 without paying the toll.

I've found it saves maximum 10 mins no matter what time of day I go, so I never use it unless I'm in a rush.

Straight thru Enfield, passing Moyvalley and Clonard as far as Kinnegad after which you can rejoin.

It's not just the time saved, the M4 is a better/safer road, admittedly i only used for 4/6 times a month but since it opened I only used the old road once.

even thought the speed limit's 50% higher on the M4?
and you have to potentialy stop at least 4 times for roundabouts on the old road?

and you're never stuck behind a slow truck tractor or sunday driver?
