escort xr3 injection

Before July comes in I'm probably gonna import one of these 80's hatches from england.
Do you reckon their abit of a rust bucket at this point?

The rs turbo is too expensive to insure, may aswell attempt to insure a cosworth. Just for the hell of crusing back to 1986 I fancy getting an xr3i.

Always had a soft spot for Mk3 Escort's (we had a 1.1L model back in the early 90's until it decided to go on fire...)

Thanks lad but ideally I would try to bring one in myself and save 2k, over priced over here to be honest. I always had a softspot for them aswell.

Plenty on eBay.co.uk, going for pennies too.
